The personal data supplied by the user shall be processed by Arvato Services Italia and AC Milan – Holder of the process – for the purposes of registration on the website and the supply of the services offered. With the user’s consent, the data shall be processed by the holders for the mailing of publicity on their products and services. Moreover, also with the user’s consent, the latter’s navigation data shall be registered and used by AC Milan for profiling purposes.

In detail, the purposes of the personal data processing activity are:

  • supplying the services envisaged;
  • checking the quality of the services offered;
  • making provision for all accounting and tax obligations;
  • tracing the perpetrators of any un lawful activities, only in the case of specific requests and on behalf of the authorities holding jurisdiction.

The provision of personal data marked with an asterix is mandatory for the purposes of registration and use of the website services, while provision of the other data is optional and failure to do so shall not prevent the supply of the services required by the user.

Personal data arriving from the “Contact us” link on the Noi del Milan website shall be used exclusively to fulfil requests or reply to user reports.

The holders shall subject Users’ personal data to all the processing operations identified by Legislative Decree 196/2003 – these being collection, registration, organisation, conservation, elaboration, alteration, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection and any other operation useful to the supply of the services requested, including communication to third parties, “where necessary” – using automated methods and IT systems. Such data may also be organised in databases or archives.

The operators assigned to the data processing activity are the people responsible for issuing the website services, marketing, IT systems and data security.

Data supplied voluntarily by the User may be communicated to other users and/or distributed on the website should use be made of services such as forums, blogs or similar made available to registered users, also in the future. Navigation data shall be neither communicated nor distributed to third parties.

Users may access their data at any time and exercise the rights pursuant to article 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003. The Holders wish to inform you that, in compliance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003: the User is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence, or otherwise, of personal data concerning him/her, even when such data has still to be registered, and its communication in intelligible form.

  • the User is entitled to obtain the indication:
    1. of the origin of the personal data;
    2. of the processing purposes and methods;
    3. of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    4. of the identifying details of the Holders, managers and designated representative in compliance with article 5, subsection 2;
    5. of the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or which may become aware of such data in their capacity as managers or assignees.
  • the User party is entitled to obtain:
    1. the update, rectification or, when pertinent, completion of the data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blockage of data processed in breach of the law, including data which need not necessarily be kept in relation to the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
    3. confirmation that the operations mentioned under letters a) and b), and their contents, have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, apart from in the case where such action is impossible or involves the use of means which are evidently out of proportion to the right defended.
  • the User is entitled to oppose, entirely or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons, the processing of his/her personal data, even when it is pertinent to the purpose of collection;
    2. the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
