1- In the following Terms and Conditions, the term “services provider Manager” means Arvato Services Italia srl, on behalf of AC MILAN Spa, with headquarters in Bergamo, Via Zanica 92, 24126, tax code, VAT no. and Business register no. 03147950160, while the term “Member” refers to all those people who register using the methods established by the Manager and to whom all the Services/Benefits envisaged in the two types of membership proposed in paragraph 2 are addressed.

2- The Manager proposes two different types of membership: Italian member, Foreign member.

Italian Member: Price € 40.00 INCLUDING VAT

  • receipt of the welcome pack containing personalised certificate of AC MILAN membership, personalised welcome letter (A5 folded format), Panini sticker album, Official AC MILAN’s scarf (with logo of NOI del MILAN)
  • access to the dedicated website (http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com)
  • participation in dedicated competitions with prizes (e.g.: autographed jersey, walk about stadium, Milanello day)
  • newsletter
  • mailing at home for special events

Foreign Member: Price € 65.00 UE, € 70.00 USA/Canada, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey and Switzerland, € 90.00 Rest of the World, INCLUDING VAT

  • receipt of the welcome pack containing personalised certificate of AC MILAN membership, personalised welcome letter (A5 folded format), Panini sticker album, Official AC MILAN’s scarf (with logo of NOI del MILAN)
  • access to the dedicated website (http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com) in English
  • participation in dedicated competitions with prizes (e.g.: autographed jersey, walk about Milanello)
  • newsletter in English

3- To register and access the Services/Benefits, it is possible:

  • to fill in the registration form at the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website, and pay the membership fee by credit card.
To guarantee the correct provision of the Services/Benefits, the personal data requested must be up to date, correct and truthful; Members undertake to observe these conditions and promptly update their data if necessary. This data will be processed in compliance with the methods stated in the informative document made available to the Member during the registration procedure.

4- The Services/Benefits indicated in paragraph 2 will be supplied/delivered after receipt of payment, to be made as described above. The manager reserves the right to deny subscription by a Member; in such case, the Manager will return the amount paid by the Member within 30 days of receipt of the data. Subscriptions by people subject to DASPO (ban on access to sporting events in accordance with the law) will not be accepted. Should an existing Member be subject to DASPO at any time during the course of his membership, every on-line service dedicated to him will be immediately suspended.

5- Membership is valid for one year following registration and is not tacitly renewed. Following the expiry of said annual term, no type of Service and/or Benefit will be supplied to the Member, unless he Member renews his subscription using the channels prepared and indicated by the Manager to the Members.

6- The Member’s right to use the Services/Benefits is strictly personal and cannot be transferred. The Member may not resell or make any other commercial use of the services/Benefits supplied by the Manager.

7- The only relationship between the Manager and Member is that linked to the supply and provision of the Services/Benefits included in the two types of subscription indicated in paragraph 2, excluding ever other type of juridical-economic relationship. The Manager cannot be held in any way responsible for the conduct of the Members.

8- Every Member will be assigned a username and a password, which the Member is responsible for keeping and using. This data will be sent out by the Manager’s system to the E-mail address entered by the Member during registration. Moreover, every Member undertakes sole responsibility for every activity within the scope of the Services/Benefits, also undertaking to exonerate the Manager from any claim, expectation or threat relating or pursuant to the use of participation in the Services/Benefits supplied by the Manager. The Member undertakes to immediately inform the Manager, at customerservice@noidelmilan.acmilan.com of any unauthorised use of his username and/or password or any other breach of security he becomes aware of. The Member may change his password at any time, following the instructions supplied by the system on http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com or by writing to customerservice@noidelmilan.acmilan.com .

9- The Member expressly acknowledges that the Manager is the holder of all intellectual property rights relating to the Services/Benefit (including, by way of non-limiting example: know-how, source code, software, projects, applications, patents, databases and suchlike), as well as data and other materials supplied by the Manager or made available by the latter to Members. Members are forbidden from copying, altering, selling, ceding, sublicensing, conveying or transferring to third parties works deriving from any right of the Manager, and from allowing third parties to do so using the Services/Benefits supplied to him, even without his knowledge.

10- The Member hereby declares that he is the holder of the rights to utilise the pictures, texts and materials disseminated by him via the Services/Benefits supplied by the Manager. The Member shall therefore be responsible for any breach of third-party rights over pictures, texts and materials disseminated by him and shall be required to exonerate the Manager from any claim or expectation by third parties. The Manager shall be classed as authorised by the Member to exploit pictures, texts and materials, with waiver by the latter of any payment, without affecting his moral right to be recognised as the author.

11- The Member acknowledges that the use of the Services/Benefits takes place at his own risk. The Services/Benefits are rendered “as they are” and “as available”. The Manager offers no guarantee that the Services/Benefits will correspond to the Member’s requirements.

12- The Manager cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil his obligations or for damages pursuant to the failure to provide all or part of the Services/Benefits due to the incorrect or absent operation of the electronic communication equipment for reasons beyond the Manager’s foreseeable control, including, by way of example, fires, natural disasters, power failure, unavailability of telephone connections or the connections of other service providers, malfunctioning computers and other electronic devices, including those which are not part of the Internet system, malfunction of the software installed by the Member, as well as actions by other users or other people with access to the network.

13- The Member undertakes to use the Services/Benefits solely for lawful purposes allowed by the provisions of the law in force, without damaging the rights of any third party, whether or not they use the means of communication, and paying special attention to data protection standards, the laws protecting intellectual ad industrial property and the telecommunications standard. The Member accepts all responsibility for the content of the messages, texts and picture sent by himself or by third parties acting in his name via the Services/Benefits, acknowledging himself as holding sole responsibility and undertaking to protect the Manager, as well as parties connected to the or controlled by the later, its representatives, employees ad any partner of the Manager, from every claim for damages and reimbursing the Manager for every cost ensuing from third-party claims or actions taken against him for damages caused by the Member or by third parties through the Services/Benefits supplied to the Member, even without his knowledge.

14- As regards the Community which will be created on the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website via the implementation of newsgroups, notice boards, personal pages, blogs, etc, the Manager acts in the capacity of supplier of virtual spaces in which some of the Services/Benefits included in the two packages are supplied. The Manager does not monitor or control the content of interventions or messages carried on the Internet by members using the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website or using any other website which can be linked to the Manager, and therefore declines all responsibility with regard to such matters. Even if one of the services of the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website envisages the figure of a “Moderator”, the latter’s actions shall be limited to organising the flow of messages sent by the Members, without any preventive control over them. Consequently neither the Moderator nor the Manager shall take on any responsibility for the contents supplied by Members. In using some of the Services/Benefits mentioned above, Members are required to observe the rules of “netiquette” (proper education on the Internet) such as, by way of non-limiting example:

  • use the Services/Benefits activated on the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website for lawful purposes, always using tones and expressions conformant to the standards of civil conduct;
  • do not use the Services/Benefits activated on the noidelmilan.acmilan.com website for commercial and/or advertising purposes;
  • do not use the Services/Benefits activated on the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website to threaten or molest other Members, to disseminate material which is obscene, defamatory, damaging to the reputation of others or contrary to public order or acceptable behaviour, or which may damage or offend other Members or third parties;
  • do not use the Services/Benefits activated on the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website to disseminate materials or contents protected by the industrial property rights of others without the holder’s authorisation;
  • do not use the Services/Benefits activated on the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website to disseminate information which is confidential or damaging to the privacy of others;
  • respect and observe the themes which fall within the area of interest of the http://noidelmilan.acmilan.com website, abstaining from disseminating inappropriate material.
Breach of the aforementioned rules of Netiquette may be reported by any Member to the Club, which is authorised to eliminate the material reported and to take the steps envisaged by Art. 15, reserving the right to take further measures envisaged by law.

15- Without affecting the other remedies envisaged by law, the Manager may suspend or interrupt all or part of the issue of the Services/Benefits to Members in the following cases:

  • when the Member does not supply updated, complete and truthful personal data;
  • when the Member uses the Services/Benefits for illegal purposes or in a way which is unlawful, molesting, racist, defamatory or libellous, in breach of the privacy of others, abusive, threatening, damaging, vulgar, obscene or otherwise deplorable, or which breach intellectual or industrial property rights or other third party rights, or in such a way as to molest, disturb or damage minors in any way (violence, paedophilia, exploitation, etc);
  • when the Member uses the Services/Benefits to transmit or exchange viruses, chain letters or distribute unsolicited and mass e-mails;
  • when the Member, on the basis of objective elements, has observed conduct finalised at the active participation in episodes of violence during or due to sporting events, or such as to pose a danger to public safety during or due to such events;
  • when the Member violates that envisaged by paragraphs 6,8,9 and 13.

16- The personal data rules are specified into Privacy section of this website.

17- The Manager may, at his discretion, terminate or alter the supply of all or part of the Services/Benefits at any time, issuing three months prior notice via the official website http://www.acmilan.com

18- The Member is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement for the issue of the Services/Benefits envisaged by article 64 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code, as the agreement is for the supply of services related to free time pursuant to art. 55, paragraph 1 lett. b) of the same Code.

19- The rules of Italian law are applied to the relationship between the Manager and the Member and to the present terms and conditions.
